A strategic session was held in Astana with the participation of the management of JSC NC KTZ, Global DTC Pte. Ltd. (Singapore) and Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. (China), where the Single Digital Window (SDI) project was presented. This tool is aimed at the complete digitalization of customer service in the field of freight transportation, combining the commercial functions of KTZ subsidiaries into a single digital ecosystem.
The launch of the SDI allows customers to get a convenient entry point for all services, improving the transparency of business processes, accelerating the processing of requests and increasing the efficiency of logistics operations. Already at the testing stage, the system provided access to contract management, submitting applications through the Call Center and social networks, as well as the preparation of commercial proposals. Automation of processes increased customer satisfaction to 93%, and the loyalty index reached 70%.
As noted by the Chairman of the Board of KTZ Express Damir Kozhakhmetov, the ECO project demonstrates the capabilities of the innovative ecosystem: integration with partners via API has reduced the processing time of applications, and the introduction of an electronic digital signature has reduced the terms of concluding contracts by 2.5 times. This step strengthens KTZ’s position as a leader in the digitalization of the transport industry.
