Ocean Network Express (ONE) has announced an upgrade to its BBX (Baltic Bridge Express) service, which will now cover more ports and provide customers with even more reliable logistics solutions. The new route includes: Rotterdam ➔ Klaipeda ➔ Riga ➔ Tallinn ➔ Kotka ➔ Rotterdam.
The upgraded service will be launched with the vessel M/V Essence (NECT0025N), which will arrive in Rotterdam on January 24, 2025. At the same time, the current BBX route (Rotterdam – Klaipeda – Riga – Rotterdam) will end its operation after the discharge of the vessel ECO PONENTE (EOPT2502S) in Rotterdam on February 7.
In addition, the updated BBX will partially replace the BAX service (Hamburg-Helsinki-Tallinn-Rauma-Hamburg), which will cease operations after the unloading of the vessel Emotion (EMOT2504W) in Hamburg on February 4. This change is aimed at optimizing the ONE network and improving the quality of the service provided.
