Bertschi has started operations at the new AZT terminal in Antwerp.

Swiss intermodal chemical logistics specialist Bertschi has launched operations at the new Antwerp Zomerweg Terminal (AZT) in Belgium. The facility is focused on the storage of hazardous (DG) and non-hazardous products in tank containers using a trimodal service of rail, river and road.

AZT covers an area of ​​60,000 m² and has four 650-metre-long railway tracks capable of handling entire trains. The terminal has a storage capacity of 2,500 TEU, of which 1,290 TEU are dedicated to hazardous goods in tank containers.

Bertschi also operates transhipment facilities in Rotterdam, Jurong Island in Singapore and Zhangjiagang, China, demonstrating its global reach and expertise in chemical logistics.
