On October 10, Kanat Almagambetov, CEO of KAZLOGISTICS STK, and Mr. Kayihan Özdemir TURAN, President of the Association of Logistics Service Providers LojiDer, signed a Memorandum of Cooperation in the transport and logistics sector. The purpose of the agreement is to strengthen economic ties between Kazakhstan and Turkey, develop trade routes and logistics capabilities, given their strategic position at the intersection of key transport corridors.
The LojiDer Association, founded in October 2023, unites about 300 companies providing a full range of logistics services, including road, sea, rail and air transportation, warehousing and customs services. The contribution of the association’s members to the Turkish economy in 2023 amounted to about $ 1.6 billion, with the creation of 7,600 jobs.
LojiDer has also been a member of the European Logistics Association (ELA) since February 2024, which opens up new prospects for the development of logistics in the international arena.
