President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev visited the Aktau International Sea Port, a key logistics hub that provides year-round transshipment of cargo in the East-West and North-South directions.
During the visit, the head of state was presented with plans to modernize the port infrastructure and further develop the transit potential of the Mangistau region. Particular attention was paid to expanding the port’s capabilities within international transport corridors.
Today, the Aktau port is a modern multi-purpose terminal with round-the-clock operational readiness. Its advantageous geographical location makes it a strategic link in strengthening logistics ties both within Kazakhstan and at the level of the entire region.
