Baltic Hub is preparing to launch the new terminal T3.

The first four Ship-to-Shore (STS) cranes have been successfully unloaded at the main berth of the T3 terminal in the Port of Gdansk. They are currently being tested and the equipment is being adjusted, and will be fully operational by March 2025. Three more STS cranes are expected to arrive from China in March next year. In addition, eight out of twenty rail-mounted cranes (RMG) have already been installed, and four of them have been connected to the power supply and put into operation.

Active equipment installation work continues at the berth. Most of the infrastructure elements have been installed: fenders, mooring devices, life-saving equipment and navigation lights. Beams for CRMG cranes have been built in six sections, and foundations for containers are being poured. By the end of November, all 20 steel bridges for access to reefer containers were installed. Work on laying rails, welding, drilling holes, installing fastenings and stabilizing the soil is also actively underway.

All buildings have already been connected to the power supply, and two fire-fighting tanks have been installed and filled with water. In early December, Baltic Hub received its first operating permit, allowing empty containers to be stored in specially equipped areas. Work continues according to schedule, ensuring that the terminal is ready for full operation.
