The construction of the Eurasian Logistics Park with an investment volume of 22 billion tenge ($42 million) has started in the Talgar district of the Almaty region. The new complex will be located on a 13-hectare site next to the Big Almaty Ring Road and will become a key facility in the regional logistics infrastructure.
The project envisages the construction of warehouses with a total area of over 50 thousand square meters, parking for trucks and cars, as well as administrative buildings. Akim of the Almaty region Marat Sultangaziyev emphasized that the park will contribute to the increase in class A and B warehouse space in Kazakhstan, which will reach 4 million square meters by 2029.
