The Forum of Internal Trainers “Bilim Express” was held in Astana, which brought together more than 100 participants from various regions of Kazakhstan at the training center of the branch of JSC NC KTZ – the Center for Assessment and Development of Railway Transport Personnel. The event included a review of the achievements of internal trainers for 2023, approval of plans for 2024, rewarding the best and holding a master class.
At the moment, more than 90 certified internal trainers of the company, possessing expert experience and the necessary competencies, actively transfer their knowledge to other employees. Last year, thanks to the Bilim Express project, more than 6,200 employees from 13 regions were trained, and 26 people received the status of internal trainers, receiving letters of gratitude from the company management and a symbol of wisdom – the Owl figurine.
