Компания Garbe Industrial Real Estate Poland и инвестиционный субфонд Wood & Company Logistics объявили о совместной реализации проекта Garbe Park Gliwice — нового промышленного комплекса в Силезии на юге Польши. Общая площадь арендопригодных помещений составит около 75 000 м², а сам объект будет сертифицирован по стандарту BREEAM на уровне «отлично».
The project is being implemented next to the A4 motorway, which provides strategic access to the main east-west transport routes of Europe. This factor, along with the growing demand for green logistics solutions, makes Garbe Park Gliwice especially attractive to tenants.
The total investment of Garbe and Wood & Company will exceed 50 million euros. The partners emphasize that the choice of location is due to the developed infrastructure of the region and a qualified workforce. According to Michał Stachura, Co-Managing Director of Garbe in Poland, the company strives to create industrial parks that maximize the potential of the location and offer tenants modern technological solutions.
