16 июня 2025 года в рамках II Форума по промышленному и инвестиционному сотрудничеству «Китай – Центральная Азия» заключено трехстороннее соглашение между АО «KTZ Express», АО «НК «Актауский международный морской торговый порт» и китайской компанией YXE Trading Service Group. Подписание состоялось в присутствии Первого заместителя Премьер-Министра Республики Казахстан Романа Скляра.
The cooperation provides for the development of the terminal infrastructure of the Aktau port, including the installation of modern STS cranes that are resistant to strong winds. These measures are aimed at accelerating cargo handling and increasing the sustainability of logistics processes in a strategically important transport hub.
The memorandum was a logical continuation of the April agreements of the parties and demonstrates serious intentions to strengthen the transit potential of Kazakhstan. The agreement also confirms the commitment to the further development of the “One Belt, One Road” initiative.
