At a conference call chaired by General Director Vladimir Petrov, key aspects of the activities of KTZ-Freight Transportation LLP were discussed.
The performance of operational indicators and fuel technical work, the results of cargo and commercial operations, as well as the current state of traffic safety and industrial safety are reviewed. A report on the implementation of financial and procurement plans is presented, including an analysis of income and expenses.
Particular attention is paid to personnel policy and infrastructure development, including the creation of branches at Altynkol and Dostyk stations. As a result of the meeting, decisions were made to improve the efficiency of the Partnership.
