Страны-участницы Транскаспийского международного транспортного маршрута (ТМТМ) согласовали ряд нововведений, направленных на упрощение перевозок. В 2025 году планируется ввести единый транзитный грузовой документ для всех перевозок по маршруту, а также оптимизировать таможенные процедуры. Эти шаги закреплены в Дорожной карте на 2025 год, подготовленной с учетом показателя «Международная торговля» в отчете Группы Всемирного банка «Готовность к развитию бизнеса».
During the year, the corridor countries will discuss the practical application of the new document and prepare proposals for the Commission on the Business Environment and International Ratings. In addition, it is planned to launch a state information portal with explanations of international trade procedures and rules. The Roadmap will study the prospects for signing agreements on free and preferential trade, introducing a simplified visa regime for crews and service companies, as well as international experience in regulating working hours in the field of cargo transportation and logistics.
Another area is digitalization. The creation of a single ordering platform that unites shippers, transport companies and drivers is being considered. Such a system will improve transportation planning, increase transparency and efficiency of TITR operations.
