The project, commissioned by investor Quincap Investment Partners, is being built on a 76,500 square meter site.<\/p>\n<p>The site will include two buildings with a total leasable area of \u200b\u200bapproximately 52,500 square meters, intended for commercial, industrial, and logistics use. Construction is scheduled to begin in the third quarter of 2025.<\/p>\n<p>According to Four Parx representatives, the project emphasizes architectural quality, sustainability, and flexibility, which will attract both local small and medium-sized enterprises and international companies.
