LDZ CARGO, previously focused on domestic and international freight transport, will now also be responsible for rolling stock repair, modernisation, maintenance, refuelling, and freight forwarding services.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1000\" height=\"667\" src=\"https:\/\/gruzingeo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/4954119853121348.jpg\" alt=\"LDZ CARGO absorbs two LDz subsidiaries under structural reorganisation.\" class=\"wp-image-16036\" title=\"Europe LDZ CARGO absorbs two LDz subsidiaries under structural reorganisation.\"><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">LDZ CARGO<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>The restructured entity will continue to operate under the LDZ CARGO name. All employees from the merged companies are being integrated into the new structure, with internal alignment of systems and processes still underway.
