Dr. Martin Neese will lead the newly created Logistics division, while Thomas J\u00e4ger is appointed to head the new Production division. Each unit will operate under an independent governance model with dedicated executive leadership.<\/p>\n<p>The restructuring is intended to improve internal processes, adjust to varying market conditions, and define clearer areas of responsibility.
