The new service provides fast and environmentally friendly transport between Germany and France, reducing dependence on road transport.<\/p>\n<p>On the French side, the route connects Dourges with key ports and industrial centres: Fos-sur-Mer, Lyon, Marseille, Miramas, Mouguerre, Paris, Perpignan and Rennes.<\/p>\n<p>On the German side, the Duisburg (DIT) rail line provides onward connections to Austria, the Czech Republic, Poland, Central Asia and China, creating an efficient corridor for international freight flows.<\/p>\n<\/section>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Lineas has introduced the new Duisburg-Dourges rail route, offering a sustainable and reliable freight solution with three round trips per week.
