He emphasized that Kazakhstan is actively involved in the implementation of the One Belt, One Road initiative, providing 85% of all continental transportation between China and Europe.<\/p>\n<p>According to the head of state, the introduction of second tracks on the Dostyk-Moiynty section this year will increase the capacity of the China-Europe corridor through Kazakhstan fivefold. At the same time, special attention is paid to the development of the Trans-Caspian route: in 2024, 4.5 million tons of cargo were transported along it, 62% more than a year earlier. In the near future, it is planned to increase the volume of transportation to 10 million tons.<\/p>\n<p>Tokayev noted the growth of cargo flows through the ports of Aktau and Kuryk, as well as the successful implementation of joint projects with China, including a logistics terminal in Lianyungang and a dry port in Xi\u2019an.
