The new agreement builds on China Henan\u2019s experience in establishing a cargo hub in Zhengzhou, making it and Riyadh twin logistics hubs.<\/p>\n<p>The partnership will expand air cargo routes between China and Saudi Arabia, as well as develop digital cargo handling, cross-border e-commerce and sustainable logistics.
