The new facility has a capacity of 30,000 pallets and can handle up to 100 tonnes of blast-frozen products per week.<\/p>\n<p>The warehouse is built in accordance with Milj\u00f6byggnad\u2019s \u201cSilver\u201d environmental standard and will be an important element of the company\u2019s strategy to provide high-quality logistics solutions, particularly in the food segment. Particular attention is paid to the handling of protein products with direct deliveries from slaughterhouses and exports to Asia and Africa.<\/p>\n<p>With the new facility, Seafrigo will be able to provide overnight deliveries to 80% of the regions in Northern Europe, significantly strengthening the logistics network in the region and expanding the export possibilities for perishable products.<\/p>\n<\/section>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Seafrigo is strengthening its position in Northern Europe with a new 10,000 m2 warehouse in Katrineholm, Sweden.
