Since January, a 10,000 m\u00b2 Breeam \u201cExcellent\u201d certified warehouse has been in operation in Madrid. Located in Villaverde, it offers easy access to major transport routes.<\/p>\n<p>In Italy, the company has opened a 12,000 m\u00b2 warehouse complex in Novara, near Milan.
