These contracts ensure full coverage of the passenger line in Estonia, bringing Rail Baltica closer to the launch of a full-fledged railway corridor between Tallinn and Warsaw by 2030.<\/p>\n<p>The first section will be built by a consortium of GRK Eesti AS, GRK Suomi Oy, Merko Ehitus Eesti, NGE CONTRACTING, Sweco Finland Oy, Sweco Sverige AB and TSO SAS. The second section will be taken by Bouygues Travaux Public, Budimex S.A., INGEROP Conseil et Ingenierie (ICI), KMG Infra O\u00dc and WSP Finland Oy. The first contract covers the construction of the superstructure on the \u00dclemiste-P\u00e4rnu section and the substructure on the Tootsi-P\u00e4rnu section (\u20ac394 million), the second \u2013 the design and construction of the P\u00e4rnu-Ikla line (\u20ac332 million).<\/p>\n<p>After the contracts are signed, the design and preparation stage for construction will begin, including the procurement of materials and the development of work schedules.
