The deal strengthens Aquila\u2019s position in the region and opens up its second foreign market after Moldova.<\/p>\n<p>Aquila CEO C\u0103t\u0103lin Vasile noted that the purchase of Kitax is part of the company\u2019s growth strategy, which has already completed four similar transactions in recent years.
