The deal is in line with UBV\u2019s strategy to expand in Europe and Asia, strengthening its position on key trade routes.<\/p>\n<p>ISL Nardi operates in the sea, air, land and rail transport segments, with branches in China and Turkey. In 2024, its revenue was \u20ac60 million. UBV, which manages daily shipments in Italy, Europe and around the world, now has 18 branches and consolidated revenues of \u20ac260 million.<\/p>\n<p>The deal is UBV\u2019s 15th acquisition in the last 15 years.
