The next steps involve incorporating the service into regular timetables and evaluating its economic feasibility, considering that the use of advanced technologies may lead to higher costs. \u00d6BB Rail Cargo Group presented plans for connecting Kyiv and Vienna in May, formalizing the initiative through a memorandum of understanding with Ukrainian Railways on September 14. The agreement entrusts Ukrainian Railways with managing operations within Ukraine, while RCG oversees procedures in the European Union.
