Sultan Ahmed Bin Sulayem, Group Chairman and CEO of DP World, and Dr. Alim Markus, Chairman and CEO of Maspion Group, led the event. The presence of Mr. Budi Karya Sumadi, Minister of Transportation, Republic of Indonesia, and Mr. Septian Haryo Seto, Deputy of Coordinating Minister for Maritime and Investment Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia, underscored the significance of this collaborative effort.<\/p>\n<p>DP World\u2019s strategic alliance with Maspion Group reflects a dedicated commitment to enhancing infrastructure and capacity in East Java, fostering smooth trade operations in the region. The joint venture, named DP World Maspion East Java, is set to manage a cutting-edge international container terminal with a design capacity of up to three million twenty-foot equivalent units (TEU), thereby elevating operational efficiency and excellence in Indonesia.
