The project will be one of the largest private infrastructure projects in Central Asia and is aimed at developing regional logistics infrastructure.<\/p>\n<p>The future logistics center will be built on a 159.4-hectare site. Investment in the first phase of the project will exceed USD 84 million. Completion of the first phase of construction is scheduled for 2027.<\/p>\n<p>The creation of the multi-functional modern logistics center is intended to strengthen the region\u2019s role in the Eurasian transport corridor system.
