According to the company, TIS acquired the asset along with the associated marine services business, consistent with DP World\u2019s regional and global strategy.<\/p>\n<p>The transaction has received all necessary regulatory approvals and is now complete. DP World emphasized that, despite exiting the project, the company will continue to explore new opportunities for business development in the Ukrainian market.<\/p>\n<p>As a result of the agreement, TIS also regained control of the tugboat operator P&amp;O Maritime Ukraine, a joint project that marked the parties\u2019 first collaboration.
