The collaboration will cover the Narita-Luxembourg-Narita and Narita-Chicago-Narita cargo routes and aims to strengthen air cargo connections between Asia, Europe, and North America. Under the agreement, the airlines will combine their networks and offer customers expanded cargo transportation options.<\/p>\n<p>The partnership between JAL and Cargolux dates back to 1994, when the Japanese airline facilitated the launch of Cargolux flights to Komatsu Airport. JAL will now be able to deploy its codeshare flights to Cargolux-operated routes and provide interline capacity on its own flights. This will allow the carriers to ensure more stable cargo capacity availability on key European destinations, including Luxembourg, and strengthen their presence on transatlantic routes.<\/p>\n<p>Flights are planned to operate from April 1 to September 30, 2026, with Cargolux serving as the operator on these routes. The exact schedules are still subject to approval by aviation authorities.
