Transit time is just one day. All types of cargo are transported on this route, including single-carload shipments, car groups, and 20- to 40-foot containers.<\/p>\n<p>This service is part of the broader TransFER Villach\u2013Italy network, with a fixed schedule and regular departures to various regions of Italy. The Villach S\u00fcd marshalling yard serves as a hub, where single cars and car groups are consolidated to form block trains heading to Italy and further afield to Southeastern Europe.<\/p>\n<p>Additional logistics capabilities are provided by RCG\u2019s own 48,000 square meter warehouse facility in Desio, with internal and external rail connections.
