Positive dynamics were noted in both railcar and truck transportation.<\/p>\n<p>In March 2026, ASCO ferries transported 3,438 railcars, compared to 2,811 the previous year, an increase of 627 units, or 22.3%. Truck and special equipment transportation also increased \u2013 from 2,478 to 2,516 units, an increase of 38 units, or 1.53%.<\/p>\n<p>Growth was also recorded in tonnage terms. The volume of railcar transportation increased from 175,697 to 212,025 tons (+20.7%), and the transportation of vehicles and equipment increased from 64,656 to 67,554 tons (+4.48%), confirming the strengthening role of the ASCO ferry fleet in regional logistics.<\/p>\n<\/section>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Azerbaijan Caspian Shipping Company (ASCO), part of AZCON Holding, recorded an increase in ferry cargo volumes in March 2026 compared to the same period last year.
