The solution aims to reduce Scope 3 emissions and provides cargo owners with a practical tool for decarbonizing their supply chains.<\/p>\n<p>The new service enables participants to achieve verified emissions reductions by allocating carbon savings generated through the use of greener fuels across various stages of transport \u2013 from port operations to maritime and land-based logistics. The project\u2019s initial pilot trials are scheduled to commence as early as May, marking the start of testing for a new model of end-to-end logistics decarbonization.<\/p>\n<p>For shippers and cargo owners, the solution establishes a transparent and verifiable mechanism for tracking emissions reductions throughout the entire supply chain.
