This new service complements existing routes from Vienna and Linz, establishing yet another stable and eco-friendly link between Austria and key North Sea maritime gateways for containers ranging from 20 to 45 feet in size.<\/p>\n<p>Hamburg and Bremerhaven play a pivotal role in international container flows: Hamburg is recognized as one of Europe\u2019s leading rail ports, while Bremerhaven boasts one of the world\u2019s largest contiguous container terminals. The new TransFER service integrates maritime and rail infrastructure, providing the Upper Austria region with direct access to global freight flows and streamlining logistics operations within the supply chain.<\/p>\n<p>The service operates once a week as a round-trip circuit, with the potential to increase frequency based on demand.
