Two state-of-the-art electric RMG cranes equipped with remote control systems are currently being installed at the site. Overall construction progress has reached approximately 90%; key infrastructure elements are already complete, including a full-length 750-meter railway track for train unloading and a significant portion of the internal yard areas and access roads.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Work on the crane tracks is finished, and railway and container scales have been installed and commissioned; monitoring cameras have also been mounted at the road and rail entry and exit gates. These measures will significantly improve tracking accuracy and accelerate cargo flow processing, thereby reducing the time required for container and vehicle operations.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The project, which began in June 2025, is scheduled for completion by July 31, 2026. Once operational, the expanded terminal will increase throughput capacity, speed up the handling of trains and road transport, and strengthen METRANS\u2019s position in Central Europe.
