This decision is part of the ongoing integration of assets acquired eighteen months ago and aims to establish a unified corporate structure while enhancing the company\u2019s market visibility.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Geis noted that the rebranding would make the affiliation of the former Gras units with the group clearer to clients and partners. Managing partners Hans-Wolfgang Geis and Jochen Geis emphasized that this move would streamline internal and external processes without altering the terms of cooperation for clients. They stated that partners and customers would continue to work with the same teams and receive the same range of logistics services.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As part of the rebranding, several companies will change their names. Specifically, Gras Spedition GmbH &amp; Co. KG will become Geis Eurocargo Mittelrhein GmbH; Gras Logistik GmbH will be renamed Geis Eurocargo Rheinland GmbH; Network Logistics GmbH will operate as Geis Eurocargo Rhein-Neckar GmbH; and Gras Transpack GmbH will be renamed Geis Logistics Solutions GmbH.
