JSC Samruk-Kazyna introduced the new head of JSC NC Kazakhstan Temir Zholy – Talgat Aldybergenov, who previously held the position of Deputy Chairman of the Management Board. The appointment was made taking into account his more than 35 years of experience in the railway industry and a successful career from working positions to management positions.
Aldybergenov graduated with honors from the Almaty Institute of Railway Engineers, holds a Master’s degree in Economics from RANEPA and is a PhD in Economics. His professional biography includes management of key structures in the field of logistics and transport, including JSC Kedentransservice, Kazakhmys Maker, as well as divisions of KazMunayGas and Kaztransservice.
Since 2024, he held the position of Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of KTZ and now heads the company as Chairman. His appointment strengthens the course towards developing transport infrastructure and increasing the efficiency of the railway industry in Kazakhstan.
