The importance of digitalizing processes to expedite and optimize transportation, as well as to improve the transparency and efficiency of logistics operations, was emphasized. The importance of implementing the Memorandum of Understanding on Transport and Logistics Cooperation between the relevant agencies of Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan, signed last August in Turkmenbashi, was particularly emphasized.

Following the talks, the parties signed a protocol outlining joint steps to digitalize, develop freight transportation along the Middle Corridor, and conduct route diagnostics to further enhance its capacity and sustainability.
