On March 3, Silkway CA, a joint venture of the international PTC Holding group, signed an EPC contract in Tashkent with China Railway Construction Engineering Group for the construction of the first phase of a multi-functional modern logistics center. The project will be one of the largest private infrastructure projects in Central Asia and is aimed at developing regional logistics infrastructure.
Global air cargo demand in January 2026 increased by 5.6% year-on-year, according to data from the International Air Transport Association (IATA). This figure exceeded the 4.3% growth in December. Moreover, the growth in the international segment was even more pronounced, with traffic volumes increasing by 7.2% year-on-year.

DHL Supply Chain, the contract logistics arm of the DHL Group, is expanding its capacity in the Rhineland region. The company is building a new carbon-neutral logistics center in the Wolbersacker Industrial Park in Rheinbach.
