The Finnish port of Hanko plans to build a wind hub with Euroports
Euroports Group and Port of Hanko Ltd have inked a Letter of Intent (LOI) to establish an innovative wind hub at the Port of Hanko in Koverhar, Finland, solidifying the port’s position as a key player in the offshore wind supply chain. With 600 hectares at its disposal, including 90 dedicated to port activities, Koverhar Harbour is primed to handle large-scale wind turbine projects. This partnership signifies a substantial investment in renewable energy infrastructure, positioning Koverhar as a vital network hub in the Baltic Sea region.
