HPC Hamburg Port Consulting (HPC), a subsidiary of Hamburger Hafen und Logistik AG (HHLA), has secured the project coordination role for the “BSR Hydrogen Air Transport – Preparation of Baltic Sea Region Airports for Green Hydrogen” initiative through a European tender. This three-year EU-funded project focuses on preparing Baltic Sea Region airports for the utilization of gaseous hydrogen in small and regional aircraft and ground equipment, fostering stronger connections with existing aviation hubs. The inaugural partnership meeting recently convened in Hamburg, hosted by the project lead partner, Hamburg Airport.

Situated near London Heathrow Airport, the Ashford, Middlesex facility, operational since 2022, serves as the first of its kind for the Rhenus Group in Europe, specializing in Life Sciences and Healthcare. Providing comprehensive import and export logistics, the facility offers a white glove service for temperature-controlled storage and end-to-end distribution. With ISO 13485 certification held in key locations such as Strasbourg, Berlin, Eindhoven, Frankfurt, Hong Kong, and Tilburg, Rhenus reaffirms its global commitment to delivering premier services within its life sciences and healthcare network.
