DP World has surpassed 100 million TEU of container throughput worldwide for the first time. This achievement is the result of more than $11 billion in infrastructure investment over the past 10 years. Since 2014, the company’s capacity has increased by 33%, starting from 75.6 million TEU. In 2024, throughput increased by 5%, strengthening DP World’s share of the global container shipping market to 9.2%.
HHLA Project Logistics has successfully completed its first loading operation in the Port of Hamburg. The subsidiary of Hamburger Hafen und Logistik AG (HHLA), which specialises in project cargo in Asia, has carried out an order in Germany for the first time and benefits from the experience and network of the HHLA Group.
