The European Commission has granted approval for state aid amounting to €6.9 billion from seven member states to support the third Important Project of Common European Interest (IPCEI) in the hydrogen value chain. The mild winter is favoring the progress of work at the T3 terminal in the Baltic hub, where the main reinforced concrete work is being carried out entirely thanks to favorable weather conditions, especially high temperatures. Completion of the formation of reloading embankments on 98% of the area is planned by the end of February 2024, and soil consolidation on 70% of the loaded area opens up new fronts of work.
