The test launch of the DocPort marine module, the future basis of the Maritime Single Window implemented by the Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority (USPA), has started in the Yuzhny seaport. The digital platform is designed to unite all administrative procedures related to the handling of vessels in ports, ensuring a one-time submission of data, transparency of actions and equal access to information for all participants in the process.
On July 3, 2025, in Astana, in the office of JSC NC Kazakhstan Temir Zholy, a working meeting was held between the Union of Transport Workers of Kazakhstan “KAZLOGISTICS” and its member companies with a business delegation from the Chinese city of Suzhou. A regional training program on digital trade and multimodal transportation for specialists from five Central Asian countries has started in Tashkent. Mukhtar Tolegen, Executive Director for Transport Logistics of the Union of Transport Workers “Kazlogistics”, took part in the training from Kazakhstan. The training is being held as part of a trade facilitation project commissioned by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), and is aimed at implementing international UN/CEFACT standards in customs and logistics.
Swissport will invest €1.5 billion over five years in the sustainable development of its global operations, primarily in the electrification of its ground vehicle fleet and the transition to renewable energy sources. Today, 25% of the company’s equipment runs on electricity, and at Swiss airports this figure will reach 55% by the end of 2025. Solar panels have also been installed at key cargo terminals in Frankfurt, Nairobi and Spain.
KTZ Express JSC and AD Ports Group announced the launch of GulfLink Ltd., a joint venture registered in Kazakhstan. The project is aimed at developing international multimodal routes connecting Asia, the Middle East and Europe, with an emphasis on the sustainability and flexibility of logistics chains. The ownership structure is distributed as follows: 51% – AD Ports Group, 49% – KTZ Express.
The project includes the construction of a new railway line (No. 437) and a dedicated siding to serve the port area.
The German federal government has announced plans to allocate €106.5 billion to modernize and develop the railway infrastructure by 2029. This largest investment program will cover the renewal of tracks, bridges, tunnels and crossings across the entire Deutsche Bahn network, operated by subsidiary DB InfraGO.

The appointment was made taking into account his more than 35 years of experience in the railway industry and a successful career from working positions to management positions.
Garbe Industrial Real Estate Poland and the investment sub-fund Wood & Company Logistics have announced the joint implementation of the Garbe Park Gliwice project, a new industrial complex in Silesia, southern Poland. The total area of leasable premises will be approximately 75,000 m², and the facility itself will be certified according to the BREEAM standard at the “excellent” level.
