Uni-Laman Group opened a representative office in Kazakhstan to develop TITR.

Italian company Marcegaglia has acquired an LHM 600 mobile harbour crane, marking the 2,000th crane produced by Liebherr. The milestone underlines five decades of innovation in the shipbuilding industry. Latvijas dzelzceļš is modernising the Jugla and Garkalne stations.

Maersk has christened its new container ship, the Adrian Mærsk.

A.P. Moller – Maersk held a christening ceremony for the new dual-fuel vessel “Adrian Mærsk” at APM Terminals Maasvlakte II in Rotterdam. Stephanie Pullings Hart, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Nestlé, served as the container ship’s godmother. An important partner of Maersk is Nestlé, which has been using the ECO Delivery Ocean product since 2023, which reduces greenhouse gas emissions by more than 80% compared to conventional fuels, supporting its ambitions to reduce its carbon footprint.

RCG expands routes and speeds up transportation to Turkey.

Turkey remains a key logistics hub between Europe and Asia, and ÖBB Rail Cargo Group (RCG) continues to expand and optimize its routes. An important innovation is the replacement of the TransFER Sladkovicovo–Istanbul route with TransFER Sopron–Istanbul. This has increased the frequency of transportation to two times per week, improved planning, and increased the efficiency of transportation on the first and last legs of the route.

LIBRA: Pomeranian Voivodeship invests in energy security.

Companies and institutions of the Pomeranian Voivodeship, playing a key role in the energy sector in Poland, have signed the LIBRA (Safety and Development Line) agreement.
