DSV has unveiled its “Leverage to Lead” strategy and financial targets through 2030.

At its Investor Day held at its headquarters in Hedehusene, DSV announced its updated strategic priorities – dubbed “Leverage to Lead” – along with new financial targets extending through 2030. The company aims to solidify its position as a global leader in the logistics industry through sustainable, profitable growth; the active adoption of AI and technology; and the optimization of its network and operations following the completion of the DB Schenker integration. Additional growth is expected to be driven by M&A transactions and organic growth that outpaces the market, leveraging the company’s global network, service capabilities, and strong standing within key industry verticals.

CEO Jens H. Lund noted that this new strategy marks the next chapter in the company’s 50-year history and will enable enhanced productivity through digitalization, the strengthening of corporate culture, and operational excellence. In pursuit of these objectives, DSV has established specific financial targets for its divisions: for Air & Sea – a conversion ratio exceeding 55% and a pre-tax ROIC of over 20%; for Road – over 35% and over 20%, respectively; and for Contract Logistics – over 35% and over 15%.

At the Group level, the target metrics are set at approximately 45% for the conversion ratio and around 20% for ROIC. The company assumes that synergies derived from the Schenker integration will be sustained at a level of approximately DKK 9 billion, with the full financial impact realized starting in 2027; furthermore, it anticipates generating an additional DKK 9 billion in productivity gains by 2030 through the application of AI, technology, and process optimization. DSV reaffirmed its financial outlook for 2026, projecting an EBIT before special items in the range of DKK 23–25.5 billion, while maintaining its strategic priorities regarding debt reduction, investments in growth, and capital returns to shareholders.
