Port Kuryk LLP has summarized its performance for the first quarter of 2026.

Under the leadership of “Port Kuryk” CEO Erkin Nygmetov, the company held a working meeting at which heads of departments presented reports on key areas of activity. During the meeting, production indicators and results achieved were reviewed, objectives for the immediate future were outlined, and issues related to the enterprise’s HR and operational activities were addressed.

From January to April, the port’s dispatch service handled 175 vessel calls – one more than during the same period last year. The breakdown of vessel calls included 95 ferries and 80 dry cargo vessels, whereas a year earlier, the latter figure stood at 56. Since the beginning of the year, the marketing department has processed 1,129 incoming communications, reflecting active engagement with partners and market participants.

Among the priority plans for “Port Kuryk” LLP are the acquisition of an ice-class tugboat and the implementation of a Terminal Operating System (TOS) to enhance the efficiency of port operations. Following the meeting, future lines of work were defined, and specific tasks – along with deadlines for their completion – were assigned to the responsible employees.
