Grimaldi Group and China Merchants Shenzhen RoRo Shipping signed a framework cooperation agreement aimed at expanding shipping capacity and strengthening transport links between China and Europe. The companies plan to optimize resource utilization, increase vessel capacity, and develop more efficient land-based logistics solutions.
