BLS Cargo officially introduced the brand to the markets of Germany and Belgium through the new division BLS Cargo Nord. The company’s first locomotives were rebranded, employees received new uniforms, and the headquarters building in Germany acquired updated corporate symbols.
The integration also affected the digital space: the BLS Cargo Nord website was merged with the company’s main resource, and the pages on LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook were consolidated for a single promotion of the brand.
At the same time, legal procedures were completed – the updated name was registered with infrastructure operators and entered into production systems, which secured the official status of BLS Cargo Nord in the region.
