Aviator consolidates divisions in Copenhagen.

Aviator Airport Alliance, a subsidiary of Avia Solutions Group and operating at 15 airports in Northern Europe, has announced the merger of its two subsidiaries, Aviator Airport Partner ApS (AAP) and Copenhagen Flight Services ApS (CFS). The merger into a single entity based at Copenhagen Airport is scheduled to take effect on 1 March 2025 and is supported by local and group management to strengthen the company’s position in Copenhagen while providing stability for employees and customers.

Aviator Airport Alliance CEO Jo Alex Tanem noted that the merger is formal in nature as AAP and CFS already have strong synergies.

“By combining our teams, we are simplifying our structure and expanding our capabilities to better serve the needs of the aviation industry,” Tanem said, adding that the merger will benefit both employees and customers.

There will be no significant operational changes for partners or customers. The general administrative team responsible for HR, finance, commercial and management functions will continue to operate as usual, ensuring the stability of day-to-day operations.
