FL Technics, part of the Avia Solutions Group, is actively strengthening its position in the global aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) market. This year, the company expects to reach a turnover of almost 400 million euros, five times the 2013 figure. By 2030, FL Technics plans to increase its turnover to 1 billion euros, which will allow the company to become one of the leaders in the MRO industry.
With more than 2,500 employees and 26 companies worldwide, Avia Solutions Group is actively developing its infrastructure. This year, FL Technics will complete the construction of hangars in Denpasar, Indonesia, and by 2026, it plans to open a complex in Jakarta with a workshop for the repair of CFM56 engines. The company is also expanding its presence in Latin America and Europe, including the opening of a wheel and brake service center in Bergamo, Italy, and plans to establish a specialized CAMO center in Manila, Philippines.
According to CEO Žilvinas Lapinskas, FL Technics’ development varies by region. For example, the company has significantly expanded its portfolio of brake system repair services and signed long-term contracts for servicing over 600 aircraft.
