Chaired by S.Sh. Amanbayev, the participants focused on current issues in international road freight transportation. The agenda included the implementation of the Subcommittee’s 2025 Roadmap, the execution of protocol decisions, improvements to the permitting system, including the parity exchange of permits, re-coupling and reloading, and the regulation of cabotage shipping. Particular attention was paid to government support measures for national carriers and the discussion of the Subcommittee’s 2026 work plan.

Representatives from regions, including East Kazakhstan, Kostanay, Aktobe, Pavlodar, Zhambyl, Kyzylorda, Zhetysu, Mangistau, Almaty, and Ulytau regions, actively participated in the discussion. More than 36 regional delegates representing the transport and logistics industry participated in the meeting.
